WP1: First annual report due date March 2008, compiled from Monitoring Reports (see WP8)
WP2: All partners will refine their recruitment strategy, to be
published as CWE wiki contribution (due date CMG-03), several partners
still missing. End-users participating in pilot phase one will be
nominated by the end of January 2008. They will be invited to publish
their profile as “blog” in forum of the transnational infospace (see
WP4).
WP3: Content development, to be published as CWE wiki’s
Agreed framework: Competence-description according Buss. Enterprise Standard.

refined and completed, following CMG-03 discussions (due date end of
January 2008)

WP3 Leader (INHOLLAND) is in charge, with contributions from all partners
Listing of learning outcomes for the priority cards, featuring in the first pilot phase:
1. (Entrepreneurial skills) - The Ultimate Pitch
2. (Advanced Business & Financial Planning) - Financial Health Check
3. (Competition Management) - Branding Your Business
For each of the learning outcomes a "wiki" has been generated, bearing
in mind that this whole exercise is about delivering The Ultimate Pitch
of the VISiYES Start-Up Enterprise. The completed wiki’s will be
migrated to the infospaces of the end-users (see WP4)
WP4: Novasoft
will continue tot elaborate the CWE further, following CMG-03
discussions. The CWE will be migrated to the Infospace for Young
Entrepreneurs drawing lessons from the emerging CWE practise (as
defined between WP4 leader and project manager/INHOLLAND team) – see Fixed structure for each WP CWE <http://visiyes.eu/?q=node/189#comment-37>
. The content of the three learning outcomes (currently wiki’s) wll be
published as the fixed descriptions of the learning outcomes. Around
The Ultimate Pitch, Financial Health Check and Branding Your Business
the functionalities as defined will be available in a context sensitive
way. It has been anticipated that the forum will be the dominant
feature for interaction. Wiki’s can be used for collaborative work.
Messaging will be added to the communication toolset.
The
infospace will appear in a transnational mode for all end-users and in
separate modes per country (due date end of January 2008). A User
Manual has been published, open for comments and refinement.
WP5:
CITY will publish a Tutor Manual and a Guide to the project and will
provide further e-tutor guidance during pilot phase one.
WP7: By
end of January 2008 a decision will be made how to proceed with the
transnational end-user meetings. Two options seem possible: to meet
young entrepreneurs at a relevant large renown event (conference,
trade-fair) or invite them to Malaga. The first scenario was already
foreseen for the transnational meeting in the latest phase of the
project (preferably in an Eastern European country). Perhaps both
scenario’s could be applied, one for the more advanced young
entrepreneurs already in business for several years and one geared to
the YE in their pre-incubating phase. The first group hardly can be
convinced to attend a project meeting with no reputation yet, for the
second group attending such a project based event is an award for
participating in the first pilot phase. At the other hand, also for the
first category, meeting face-to-face could be a wanted phase after
intensive online deliberations. This need could emerge from the first
pilot phase, t be facilitated at the Graz CMG-04 meeting, first week of
October 2008. All options will be considered and discussed in the CWE
under WP7.
All
partners will check opportunities to present VISiYES, in particular
relevant/renown professional networks (CEDEFOP, PROTON, EDEN and
others). From this an updated list of links will be generated, to be
published in the public part of the project website (preferably in the
format of RSS-feeds, if available).
WP8: All partners will contribute to the second Monitoring Report by end of February 2008.
