Try to collect from all the maximum
1) information about the partners to be discussed and 2) documents
possibles in order to give on hand to Irini.

3) All the proposals
have to have the list of aims, objectives, target groups, partners,
events, workpackages, tasks, financial figures for partner and
workpackage, deliverables, and other available points to discuss as
pert and grant graphs.

All participants

The Spanish Office for Science and Technology (SOST)
is a joint support office for the Spanish scientific-technological
community and business sector in Brussels. Its aim is to promote
Spanish participation in the European research programmes funded by the
European Union. In order to do so SOST provides to its users
(researchers coming from public and private organizations and from
Spanish universities) information about the European financial
opportunities and guides them to access to that information. SOST
enhances as well communication between the research and scientific
Spanish community and the European Institutions related to RTD.
SOST
is located in a strategic area of Brussels, a few steps away from DG
Research (Science, Research and Technology) and from other services of
the Commission, and from the metro station ART-LOI, which provides a fast connection with the Central Station and the airport
