Dear folks,

The dates of the kick-off are fixed! Please note 14-16 March.
The meeting will be scheduled in that way that late evening 14th
arrivals (or 15th in the very early morning from London?) are allowed,
to get started 15 March at 9 AM in Delft. Further announcements about
venue & accomodation will follow, but please feel free to book
cheapest flights in advance (do not bother about accomodation, we'll
pre-book you in Delft hotel in the course of February). But let us know which people/how many
of your organisation will be there. More than one in most cases will be
convenient (due to complexity of tasks to be discussed), but remember,
you're the master of your own travel budget!

Do
not hesitate to arrive the 14th in daytime: we're open for some
bilateral meetings or city tours, when this is convenient to you. Do
not hesitate to stay longer than 16th to enjoy marvellous places in
Delft or elsewhere in the Randstad, but in that case you're on your own.

Ruth
Martinez is quite busy with other assignments but might contribute to
the team (when meeting in Malaga), so keep her posted as well (but do
not overflow her with too many replies to all).

Consultations show that most likely the CMG-2 will be held in September in Malaga, most probably 6-7 September
(for personnal reasons that dates will be followed by my only available
free weekend to enjoy Andalusia with my spouse). This allows us to
recruite the 100 members of the user panel in time!

deliberations about the ICT architecture for CWE & eTutoring will
continue between me, John and Ferran later this week. We'll let you
know afterwards.
