As tOSSad conference session has been scheduled for Feb 8th 16:30, I'll propose the following 2 internal meeting sessions:
Feb 8th, 9:30 - 14:30
Feb 9th, 9:30 - 14:30
I can imagine that some partners will like to participate in some other conference sessions, but please do not forget that we still have a tough review to get prepared for.
Therefore I propose to spend some time at the beginning of our internal eeting to decide how much time we need in total.
After that we can decide if we can arrange our breaks to participate in conference sessions.
As I'll be out of office till Monday, please contact Bulent and Gorkem for any urgent technical issues.
Manon, I guess some partners will come directly to the conference area  for our meeting.
Could you provide the details for our meeting room, directions, etc.

Dear All, As announced before, tOSSad closing meeting and our final
dissemination activity will be organised in Badajoz as part of the Free
Software World Conference in Badajoz, Spain:

Our internal SC meeting will most probably be held on Feb 9th, but
we may need to divide it into 2 sessions on 8th and 9th depending on
the conference programme which is not fixed yet. We expect all partners
to be present in Badajoz throughout the event, 7-9 Feb, to participate
in both the tOSSad dissemination session and internal SC meeting.
